Delivery Policies
All of our delivery arrangements are custom made with fresh flowers of the highest quality from local farms and vendors. While we do our best to honor flower and color palette requests, we cannot guarantee availability and final decisions are the designer’s choice. All arrangements are made in the same style/vibe seen in the shop images.
At this time we do not accept same day deliveries. Orders must be placed one day in advance. We deliver to northern Westchester County but feel free to contact us if you are outside our delivery zone and we will do our best to accommodate you. If the delivery recipient is not at home, we will leave the flowers outside in a secure location and notify them of the location. We will also photograph the arrangement to ensure there is no confusion. We are not responsible for any damaged flowers due to weather conditions if an arrangement is left outside because recipient is not home. If we are unable to deliver flowers because of a locked gate or other impediment or cannot get in touch with the recipient or sender, we will try and redeliver the flowers the following day or as soon as possible. An additional product and delivery fee may be charged. Also, if the sender provides misinformation about an address and requires delivery to an additional address, an extra delivery fee may incur. Please make sure to include any delivery instructions that will allow our driver to successfully deliver the flowers. You will be contacted if we are unable to complete a delivery.
Refund Policy
All sales of flower arrangements are final. If you are dissatisfied with your flowers, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement. Photos will be needed in order to receive a replacement arrangement.

Care instructions are provided with your floral delivery to assist with the longevity of your flowers.
